My baby turns 2!!!
Wow! 2 years goes by fast! It was fun to have Grammy here to celebrate his birthday with us.
Hike to the base of the falls
These pictures were taken on the 1/2 mile hike down to the base of the falls. Sam and Dom were troopers when we hiked back up. It was Braden that was crying!
Sam helps me bake
Sam likes to "help" me when I'm baking. Last week while helping me bake DJ's father's day brownies he dug into a bowl of flour and was licking his fingers and smacking his lips like it was the best treat he ever had!

Fun Family Time at Lake Sammamish
We went to the lake again last Saturday and it was much warmer than the last time I went there with the kids. Here are a bunch of pic's of the great day we had.
I see my first Bald Eagle!
Oh the things I've never seen and done before! DJ was dozing and I was relaxing and watching the kids play when I gasped and yelled at DJ "Look!" A huge bald eagle flew over us. I couldn't believe it and I was making this big deal out of it, and no one else even noticed or cared. DJ said he heard they are all over up here, so I guess all the local's are used to it. Then I saw two more after that. I thought it was pretty awesome! I made Braden and Dom stop playing long enough to see it. I tried to explain that they may never see something like this again, but it seemed to go right over their heads. This is the best picture I could get with my little camera.
My First Time Kayacking
DJ rented us a kayack to take the boys out. He took each child one at a time then it was my turn. I went by myself the first time. I can't believe I've never done this before! It was tons of fun. Then I took Dominic and then Sam out for a ride. It was awesome! Sam just sat there perfectly content and still as a stone. (He was probably a little scared, but he wanted to "ride in the boat" like his brothers.)
