Sam's Preschool Program

This is my sweet friend Amy McComber. She's in our ward and was one of my first friends here. She also runs a music and performing arts business with her husband Howard and teaches at the preschool that both Dominic and Sam went to.

The Crab Pot

The Crab Pot was featured on Man Vs. Food and is famous in Seattle. Your table cloth is a big piece of plastic and they bring your pot of food (3 kinds of crab, oysters, clams, roasted veggies) and dump it in the middle of the table. Everyone has a small wood board for a plate and a hammer for utensils. It was fun and memorable BUT the food wasn't that good and it was quite expensive. Worth the experience? Yes! The kids ask us sometimes.. "remember that place where they dumped the food on the table....."

He had no idea he was getting a new bike so he was very surprised and excited. We're looking forward to Summer when he can get more use out of it.

Treadmill Mess

I was able to unscrew the top to my treadmill and I discovered this!

I knew Sam had been slipping stuff in there, but I didn't know it was this bad. I kept saying, "oh, I wondered where this was" ie the lock and some cute magnets from my fridge.
